近日，阿思丹2024秋季模拟商业挑战华东区域赛在西浦附属学校隆重举办。
来自江浙的众多国际学校的精英学生集结于此，共同角逐最高荣誉。西浦附校的28名同学组成的4个团队在比赛中表现优异，最终西浦附校学子收获了铜奖、最佳交易、最佳运营、海报设计、最佳路演房间，商业对决等9个奖项，三支队伍成功晋级2025全国总决赛，并获得青年企业家证书。
Recently，XJTLU-AS successfully host the ASDAN 2024 Asia Business Simulation (ABS) - East China Region.
Students from international schools in Jiangsu and Zhejiang gathered on campus to compete for the honors. Twenty-eight students from XJTLU-AS participated in the competition in four teams and performed exceptionally well， winning bronze awards, rising star awards, operational excellence awards, a top trading award, a business battle award and a prototype award. Three teams were eligible to present ABS Final 2025, and team members won young entrepreneur certificates.
赛前培训，每一位同学都全神贯注，跟随着商科老师的节奏。老师们通过生动的案例和详实的数据，深入浅出地讲解着商赛的规则、策略和技巧。从市场分析到产品研发，从财务预算到团队协作，每一个环节都剖析得清晰透彻，竭尽全力指导和协助学生。
While preparing for the competition, every student was fully engaged, following the pace of the business teachers who applied vivid case studies and detailed data to explain the rules, strategies, and process of the business competition. From market analysis to product development, and from financial budgeting to team collaboration, each aspect was thoroughly dissected, with teachers doing their utmost to guide and assist the students.
自 2020 年首次承办以来，我校已连续多年组织学生参加 ASDAN 模拟商赛。在过往的赛事历程中，学生们屡获佳绩，多次在激烈的竞争中脱颖而出，斩获了金奖、最佳品牌设计奖等众多荣誉。我校举办此项赛事的目的是为了进一步丰富学生的个人经历和学习体验，培养他们的市场分析能力，领导力与团队协作能力，沟通及语言表达能力。通过这些努力，我们欣喜地看到越来越多的学子积极投身于比赛之中，并凭借自身不断提升的综合素养在赛场上披荆斩棘，收获优异成绩。

Since first undertaking it in 2020, our school has organized students to participate in the ASDAN Mock Business Competition for consecutive years. During the past competition history, the students have achieved excellent results frequently and stood out in the fierce competitions, winning a great number of honors such as the Gold Award and the Best Brand Design Award. The purpose of our school in holding this competition is to further enrich the students' personal experiences and learning experiences and cultivate their market analysis ability, leadership and team cooperation ability, as well as communication and language expression ability. Through these efforts, we are delighted to see that more and more students actively participate in the competition and, with their continuously improved comprehensive qualities, overcome difficulties and achieve outstanding results in the competition field.

此次比赛，西浦附校共两个年级四支队伍参加比赛，高一代表队是第二次参加商业模拟挑战，已有一年经验的他们本次准备充分。初中三支队伍初生牛犊不怕虎，信心满满，充满活力。
In this competition, a total of four teams from two grades of XJTLU-AS participated. The senior one representative team was participating in the business simulation challenge for the second time. With one year of experience, they were well-prepared this time. The three junior high school teams, like fearless young calves, were full of confidence and vitality.
在拍卖的热潮中，一所公司由3块木头、2块砖头和1块铁组成，缺少任何一种原料，都无法顺利建造。
铁块，作为稀有资源，其价格在竞拍中不断攀升。选择继续激烈竞拍？还是选择直接交易？如何在有限的资源下，以最经济的手段实现价值最大化？这成为了同学们竭力思考的问题，不仅是资金实力的比拼，更是策略与远见的较量。
In the auction section, young entrepreneurs needed to establish their office buildings with the materials they have, and they needed three pieces of wood, two bricks, and one piece of iron to make one building. As an iron block is a rare resource, its price keeps rising during the auction. Should one choose to continue the fierce bidding? Or opt for a direct transaction? How to maximize the value in the most economical way with limited resources? These have become the questions that students are trying their best to think about. It is not only a competition of financial strength but also a contest of strategy and foresight.
国际部Y4PA 曹诗涵: 在众多竞争者中，我特别留意到一家公司与众不同的策略。他们并未蜂拥至拍卖区，而是选择隐匿于一个角落，静待良机。而我直接去找到他们的CEO找寻合作可能，这种主动出击的态度，无疑为赢得商机奠定了基础。经过一番艰苦的谈判，我们最终以5000元的低价成功购得两块铁，这不仅大幅提升了我们的排名，更使我们在以后的比赛中更加有信心。
Among the competitors, I particularly noticed one company that employed a unique strategy. Instead of rushing to the auction area, they chose to remain in a corner, waiting for the right opportunity. This proactive approach undoubtedly laid the foundation for seizing business chances. After intense negotiations, we successfully acquired two iron blocks at the cost of 5,000 yuan, a rather low price, which not only significantly improved our ranking but also boosted our confidence for the remaining competition.
在这紧张的运营决策轮过程中，学生们表现各异。有的小组迅速进入状态，成员们分工明确，擅长数据分析的同学紧盯着各类成本数据，而具有商业洞察力的成员则依据市场趋势进行分析，小组内的沟通协作顺畅高效，每一个决策都在深思熟虑与快速计算后得出。而有的队伍过于关注产品成本的降低，却忽略了研发投入对产品长期竞争力的重要性；还有的在产品定价上犹豫不决，错过了最佳的市场投放时机，使得公司财务状况逐渐走向亏损的边缘，团队成员们的脸上也满是焦虑与无奈。
During this intense operation decision-making round, the students' performances varied. Some groups quickly got into the swing of things, with clear division of labor among members. The classmates who were good at data analysis closely monitored various cost data, while the members with business acumen analyzed based on market trends. The communication and cooperation within the groups were smooth and efficient, and each decision was made after careful consideration and rapid calculation.However, some teams were overly concerned about reducing product costs and overlooked the importance of research and development investment for the long-term competitiveness of the product, making short-sighted decisions. Others hesitated in product pricing and missed the optimal market launch opportunity, causing the company's financial situation to gradually approach the verge of loss, and the faces of team members were full of anxiety and helplessness.
拍卖交易过后是第一轮路演融资，这是至关重要的环节，作为公司的创始人，同学们需要通过对公司项目的介绍，包括团队背景、产品设计、市场运营、企业战略等各方面，说服投资人，获得天使轮融资作为创业启动资金。
Following the auction trading was the first round of roadshow, a crucial segment where, as company founders, students needed to persuade investors by presenting their company projects, including team background, product design, market, and corporate strategy, to secure angel funding as startup capita
在赛题的引导下，同学们积极投入到头脑风暴中，对将要设计的产品进行了深入的探讨和规划。他们讨论着产品的定位，是更倾向于追求舒适亲民的风格，还是走科技前沿的高科技路线。在确定了产品方向后，他们分工合作，各司其职，通过生动的讲解和现场互动，向评委和其他队伍展现了所做的商业计划，同学们语言流利，逻辑清晰，在第一场路演比赛中拿下房间最佳队伍。
Guided by the competition questions, the students actively engaged in brainstorming and had in-depth discussions and planning for the products to be designed. They debated on the positioning of the products, wondering whether to pursue a comfortable and people-friendly style or take the high-tech route at the forefront of science and technology. After determining the product direction, they worked in division of labor, with each person performing their own duties. Through vivid explanations and on-site interactions, they presented their business plans to the judges and other teams. The students were fluent in speech and clear in logic, and won the title of the best team in the room in the first roadshow competition.
运营决策部分在团队排名得分中占比高达50%，可以说，拿下运营决策轮，就可以提前预定总决赛名额。
初中部IG班陈思雨：对于对商业报表不熟悉，前三轮运营决策结束后，排名一直下降，前期拍卖和路演积累的优势也受到影响，公司一度濒临破产。在接下来的几轮大家总结经验细细分析，我们再一次认真地计算价格，保证价格的涨幅是合理的，并降低了生产量。结果证明我们的决策终于做对了，情况也有了好转，避免了破产。
精彩激烈的比赛，在角逐中落下帷幕。最终西浦附校学子收获了铜奖、最佳交易、最佳运营、海报设计、最佳路演房间，商业对决等9个奖项。
The operational decision-making segment accounted for 50% of the team's score, making it crucial for securing a spot in the semi-finals.
For those unfamiliar with business reports, our rankings consistently dropped after the first three rounds of operational decisions, impacting the advantages gained from earlier auctions and roadshows, and the company was about to bankrupt. In the following rounds, we carefully analyzed our market reports, recalculating prices to ensure reasonable increases and reducing production volumes. Our decisions proved correct, leading to an improvement in our situation and saving us from bankruptcy.
The intense competition concluded with XJTLU-AS tudents earning nine awards, including the Bronze Award, Best Transaction, Best Operations, Best Poster Design, and Best Pitch Room.
西浦附校作为本次华东区域赛的举办地，为赛事的成功举办提供了坚实的支持和保障。我校的志愿者团队也获得了主办方和其他代表队的高度称赞，专业并且热情。
而在新的征程上，西浦附校的学生们将继续在各个领域绽放光彩，用他们的智慧和汗水书写属于自己的精彩篇章。而这一切，都离不开西浦附校全体师生的共同努力和不懈追求。

As the host venue of this East China regional competition, XJTLU-AS provided solid support and guarantee for the successful holding of the event. The volunteer team of our school also received high praise from the organizer and other competing teams for their professionalism and enthusiasm.

很开心孩子能参加这样的活动，阿思丹商战是项目制学习很好的实践方式，孩子们会按照同一目标，有分工、有逻辑、分层次的思考问题，通过沟通与协作最终形成解决方案。商战要求每一个参与者不是靠单打独斗解决问题，而是大家都贡献自己的想法，协商达成一致，在这个过程中，孩子们的思维更加活跃，眼界更加开阔，对同一个事物可以直接接触到不同的观点和声音，这让孩子们理解到了沟通和协作的重要性，也体会到了良好的氛围对团队的价值和意义。
I am very happy that my daughter was able to participate in such an event. The competition is an excellent practical application of project-based learning. Kids needed to work toward a common goal, dividing tasks, thinking logically, and approaching problems in a structured way. Through communication and collaboration, they ultimately developed solutions. The competition required each participant to contribute their ideas rather than solving problems alone, fostering a consensus through negotiation. In this process, they could have thought more actively, and their perspectives broadened as they encountered different viewpoints and voices on the same issue. This experience would help them understand the importance of communication and collaboration, as well as the value and significance of a positive team atmosphere.

The business competition opened up the business world for the children, allowing them to think about business issues from the perspective of operators. This understanding is something they cannot gain in the classroom or through everyday life.
